CONICET PIP 02609 Project called “Quality of Life and Decentralized Land Management and Participation in the Lakes Region, Province of Rio Negro, North Patagonia, Argentina”, whose general objective was to contribute to the set of initial background conditions to implement the Strategic Planning and the Local Agenda 21 in San Carlos de Bariloche. Project granted through a selective process carried out by CONICET. It was subsidized by the Secretariat of Institutional Relations and Human Rights of the Province of Rio Negro, and was granted a “Municipal Interest” category by the Bariloche City Council.
Academic counseling for the Tres de Febrero Municipality in relation to the Common Project “New Models for integrated urban development for the appreciation of the environmental and cultural budget”, coordinated by the Rome Municipality, Italy, Network 6 on Urban Environment, URB-AL Program, European Commission. Project granted through a URB-AL selective process. Besides Rome and Tres de Febrero, other participants were Alicante (Spain), Guanajuato (Mexico), Colta (Ecuador), and Cuzco and Moyabamba (Peru). 15 April through November 2005.

Scientific Counseling for the Common Project Network 7 for the URBAL Program titled “Management of urbanization in tourist cities”, with the participation of the cities of Bariloche, Mar del Plata, and the province of Mendoza (Argentina), Montevideo (Uruguay), Viña del Mar (Chile), Florianopolis (Brazil), Calvia, Malaga and Huelva (Spain) and Rathenow (Germany). The Institute of Housing Studies (Holland) was a foreign partner. Project granted through a URB-AL selective process. February 2002 through February 2004.
