- National Academy of Environmental Sciences. Climate Institute. As of November 2007, the Program Director was appointed Full Member of the Academy, after the presentation of Ambassador Raúl Estrada Oyuela and Dr. Osvaldo Canziani.
- Secretariat of Environment and Sustainable Development of the Argentine Government Cabinet. As of 2007, the MADE Director was appointed a Full Member of the Scientific and Technical Commission on Climate Change, invited by the SAyDS.
- Government of the Province of Buenos Aires. The MADE Director is the representative of the Bariloche Foundation before the Contact Group for the agreement and definition of the activities to be carried out within the context of the Agreement between the Secretariat of Environmental Policy of the Province of Buenos Aires and the Bariloche Foundation. As of the signing of the Agreement, 18 January, 2007.
- United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. UNFCCC Nairobi Work Programme on Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability to Climate Change Action Plan. The MADE Director has been the Focal Point for the Bariloche Foundation for this Action Plan since April 2005. The 5-year Program on Adaptation Work established by the UNFCCC’s Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) includes a series of tasks to be carried out in each country and in different regions in order to see to the creation and development of capacities to face the challenges posed by adaptation to climate change.
- Government of the City of Buenos Aires. The Program Director is the representative of the Bariloche Foundation before the Environmental Dialogue Board of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. Such Board was created after the formulation of the Environmental Agenda for the City of Buenos Aires. Secretariat (later called Ministry) of the Environment of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. Reserva Ecológica Costanera Sur. As of 6 May, 2004.
- Research and Independent Non Governmental Organizations (RINGO's). The MADE Director has been a member of the Steering Committee of the Organization since the creation of the Group at the COP-8 (October-November 2002, New Delhi). Appointed Chairman of the Organization for the 2004/2006 period (from February 2004 through November 2006). Representative of the Bariloche Foundation before that body, the only Argentine and LA&C representative in the organization, which groups independent non-profit organizations devoted to environmental research and analysis, particularly related to climate change. Some of the organizations that have been members of RINGO since the beginning, apart from FB, are: CICERO (Norwey), BCAS (Bangladesh), CCAP (USA), CRIEPI (Japan), CEPS (Belgium), Centre for Law and the Environment of University College London (United Kingdom), London School of Economics (United Kingdom), ENDA (Senegal), Department of Environmental Science and Technology of the Imperial College London (United Kingdom), FEEM (Italy), JIN (Holland), The Fridtjof Nansen Institute (Norway), HWWA (Germany), IIED (United Kingdom), IISD (Canada), ICCS/NTUA (Greece), Oxford Institute for Energy Studies (United Kingdom), Joanneum Research Forschungsgesellschaft mbH (Austria), Pew Center on Global Climate Change (USA), Royal Institute of International Affairs (United Kingdom), SCEE (Zimbabwe), TERI (India), RIVM (Holland), ETH (Switzerland).
- United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Expert Group on Technology Transfer of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). October 2002 through December 2005.The MADE Director was appointed by the official Argentine delegation to the COP-8 and by the GRULAC as of October 2002 onwards. Re-elected and confirmed at the COP-9 for a new period, as of December 2003. His office ended upon completion of the period, since only one re-election is admitted.
- Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Cult. The Director of the Environment and Development Program is the representative of the Bariloche Foundation before the Contact Group for the agreement and definition of the activities to be carried out in the context of the agreement between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Cult and the Bariloche Foundation. As of the signing of the agreement in 2002.
- NGO Network for Sustainable Development. The MADE Director was the representative of the Bariloche Foundation before the NGO Network for Sustainable Development (Bariloche Foundation, FARN, CEADS, CAI, AIDIS, Fundación Ciudad, Fundación Vida Silvestre Argentina, Greenpeace Argentina). Since its creation in March 2000 to its dissolution in September 2002.
- Network of Centers for the Development, Transfer and Dissemination of Clean and Ecologically Efficient Technologies. The Director of the Environment and Development Program is the representative of the Bariloche Foundation before the Network of Centers for the Development, Transfer and Dissemination of Clean and Ecologically Efficient Technologies. Coordinated by the Stockholm Environmental Institute (SEI) and the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED-AL), since its creation in September 1999.
- Secretariat of Science and Technology. Member of the Working Team on Global Climate Change and Sustainable Development for the definition of research priority issues in that field. - Secretariat of Sustainable Development and Environmental Policy. The MADE Director is the representative of the Bariloche Foundation before the Advisory Committee of the National Headquarters of the Clean Development Mechanism (formerly called National Office for Joint Implementation), at the Commission for Transversal Issues. Under Secretariat of Environmental Regulation. Secretariat of Sustainable Development and Environmental Policy (since its creation in 1999).
- United Nations Industrial Development Organization - UNIDO. Since the beginning of 1999, the MADE Director has been a member of the Computerized Consultants’ Register of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), for issues related to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol.
- Secretariat of Sustainable Development and Environmental Policy. The MADE Director is the representative of the Bariloche Foundation before the MERCOSUR Working Sub-Group No. 6 on the Environment in the area of the Secretariat of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy.
- Secretariat of Science and Technology. Member of the Working Team on Climate Change. Science and Technology Pluriannual Plan 1999-2001. Participant at the meeting on Environmental Priority Tasks. Scientific and Technological Group. National Executive Power. 19 and 29 November 1998.
- Foro del Buen Ayre (Buen Ayre Forum). The MADE Director has been a member of the Foro del Buen Ayre on behalf of the Bariloche Foundation since its creation in July 1998.
- Climate Change Knowledge Network - CCKN. Member of this Network since 1997, together with other international research centers working on climate change, such as WRI, IISD, TERI, COPPE/UFRJ, Amsterdam Free University - IVM, CICERO, CSDA and ENDA, among others. Representative of the Bariloche Foundation before the Network since the COP-7, Marrakech, November 2001.
- Subsidiary Body on Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA). The MADE Director has taken part in several meetings and working teams in the context of the Subsidiary Body of Scientific and Technological Advice (SBST) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Secretariat since the beginning of 1998.
- Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change - IPCC. The MADE Director has participated, since the beginning of 1998, in several meetings, working teams, the design and review of documents for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), created by the United Nations and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).
- United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change - UNFCCC. The MADE Director was a member of the experts’ list for the “In-depth review of the National Communications on Climate Change of Annex I Countries” for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change Secretariat, and also a Reviewer of Portugal’s First National Communication (June 1996).
